About Prior to founding the Impulsa Group, Fernando, a Harvard graduate, was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company Inc. (1998-2004), serving clients in North and Latin America and Africa, mainly in the Industrial, Consumer Goods, Telecomm, and Financial Services sectors. He previously served as an advisor to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education in Mexico.

About
Prior to joining Impulsa, Leandro worked as senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting in Strategy & Operations, responsible for M&A due diligence and post-merger integration in the United States and emerging markets. Leandro has an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University.

Before joining Impulsa, Jorge worked as a consultant for Endeavor Global in South Africa. He holds and MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Industrial Engineering from ITAM. Previously, he led the successful startup and development of Sawbona Juices, presently Mexico's largest fresh juice supplier. Under his leadership, Impulsa Mexico has been recognized as the best business accelerator in Mexico by the Ministry of Economy and experienced exponential growth serving 300+ medium-sized companies nationwide, employing 90+ consultants across 20 cities.

Thomas Fransson - Director
About:
Prior to joining Impulsa, Thomas ran a small consulting firm, specialized in ISO9000 quality standards and manufacturing methods. Before that, he was founding partner of VISAB, a metal contract manufacturing firm and, Chairman of the Scandinavian Waterjet Association. He has an MBA from Henley Business School and a BSc in Marketing from IHM. Until 2010 he worked for KMT Waterjet Systems as Area Manager Scandinavia, responsible for sales, after sales and service staff. Thomas sales career in the Nordic industry has been with companies like Sulzer/Scanpump, Colly/Indutrade and Christian Berner.
